Mindfulness
The day I finally stopped performing my own life.
For years I wore the mask so well I forgot there was a face underneath. Then one quiet morning, sitting alone, I let the mask fall. What I found beneath it wasn't weakness. It was me.
If you've been quietly breaking—holding it all together while your body keeps score—there are answers beyond what conventional medicine offers. Root cause healing changed everything for me. It can for you too.

You've worked hard, carried silently, and tried your best—yet your body is still talking. I'm not here to sell you anything. A Clarity Call is where we start: I listen, I share what I've learned, and I point you toward the tools that actually worked for me.
My Journey: From Control to Surrender
For years I performed—six-figure corporate career, mother of two, the wife who craved connection. Underneath, I was hypervigilant, exhausted, and disconnected from myself.
Then it all collapsed. Divorce. A broken family. A body that had been on fire for five years. And an ovarian tumor bulging out of my abdomen that I wasn't going to treat with pharma.
“She went quiet. She went deep. She came back on fire.”
I didn't grow up religious, so when my spiritual path opened in 2022, there was no ceiling to pierce. But it wasn't until 2025 that everything converged. I spent a month learning from The Root Cause Institute—Paul and Aria taught me why illness forms, where it stores in the body based on your stressors, and how to release stuck energy by processing unresolved emotions. My cancer was ovarian because it involved children, family loss, and divorce.
Before that, the Greenshoe Foundation had already cracked me open. A week-long intensive focused on inner child healing and Internal Family Systems work. Fifteen years of talk therapy pales in comparison to that one week. I learned that my eating disorder stemmed from my mother's body shame—words she said about herself that I absorbed as a little girl. And my father, doing what he thought was best, told me very clearly as a young girl: don't struggle like me, get a degree, get a good job, don't rely on anyone. The message he intended was independence. The message a little girl received was that she was not worthy of being cared for. That default programming played out in every relationship I ever had. Most of what I carried wasn't mine. There was nothing wrong with me.
These two foundations prepared me for the toughest trench of my life. Over seven months I reversed my cancer three times. Each time more came up—more to process, more to release. Each time I got quicker at tapping in, but it wasn't a one-and-done healing. It's a relearning. A reparenting. A repatterning. My cancer was about control and grief. Getting out of my own way is a daily practice.

Inner Work
The banyan stands alone, roots dropping from its own branches back into the earth. It doesn't need another tree to hold it up. It holds itself. I wanted to learn how.
Daily Practice
Some of the most important gifts you give yourself are the ones no one sees. The quiet walk. The boundary held. The tear you finally let fall. These are flowers given in the dark.
A Creative Outlet
I never considered myself creative. Not once. But healing cracked something open, and now I arrange flowers every Friday—no rules, no training, just beauty for the sake of it. It's become one of my favorite parts of the week. A small act of creation after years of performing someone else's version of my life.
